Brook J. Lenfest
President and CEO, Brook directs the company in all aspects of new business development, expansion planning, strategic investments and acquisitions.
He brings to NetCarrier more than twenty five years of experience in telecommunications. Prior to taking the reins, Brook was Vice President of Suburban Cable, which was the largest cable company in the Philadelphia area before it was acquired by Comcast Corporation. There, he was responsible for business development and strategic planning, and was also a major shareholder in the company.
Brook is also very involved in the community. In 2000, he founded the Brook J. Lenfest Foundation, whose primary focus is to support programs and organizations operating in the urban areas of Greater Delaware Valley and Philadelphia. In 2001, the Foundation helped to fund Mastery Charter High, a Philadelphia Charter School, which helped raise the skills of urban students to world-class standards.
Christopher K. Peltier
Chief Technology Officer, Chris is also the company’s founder. Managing our network operations and developing new voice and Internet-related business opportunities are only the tip of the iceberg.
As a hands-on technology leader, he created a complete Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) from the ground up.
During the “Dot Com” crash he leveraged market conditions to acquire insolvent, bankrupt, and stressed company assets for the integration and expansion of NetCarrier.
Prior to founding NetCarrier, Chris was President and Director of Engineering of IEC Technologies. While there, he designed and developed a wide array of processing systems, from phased array antenna subsystems to forms processing and recognition systems leveraging Intranet technology.
Chris was an early developer utilizing internet technology. In the 1980s he developed DOD, ECM/ESM systems involving TCP/IP technology. He also developed avionics systems and airborne platforms for American Electronics Laboratories now part of Cobham Defense Systems.
Barry J. Bella
Executive Vice President Barry contributes over three decades of experience to NetCarrier, where he manages the contact center and the overall customer experience that aligns with NetCarrier's mission statement.
Barry is a strong proponent of ensuring that NetCarrier stands above its competition by focusing on; customized solutions, having live support 24/7/365, and working with channel partners with the same values.
Barry came to us from Suburban Cable, where he was a vice president responsible for all residential and commercial sales. In addition to being the President of the Marketing Co-Op for the Philadelphia area. He’s worked for some of the nation’s largest cable providers, including Comcast Corporation and Cablevision Systems Corporation.
Jerry Stabile
Chief Revenue Officer As Chief Revenue Officer, Jerry brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned sales leader and executive, specializing in early-stage and high-growth companies within the unified communications technology sector.
Jerry’s career spans over two decades with a focus on driving revenue operations. He has held various leadership roles at multiple organizations, including NetScout, HP, eZuce, Proofpoint, and most recently, DeepWatch. At NetCarrier, Jerry will oversee the marketing, sales, and sales support teams.
He is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that his teams are empowered to achieve their best. Jerry’s leadership has been pivotal in securing key partnerships and driving market expansion. As a co-founder at eZuce, Jerry oversaw the development and deployment of cutting-edge communication solutions that have transformed how businesses operate.
