nCloud Survive

This product is ideal for customers looking to build redundancy within their premise or hosted based voice and data network potentially saving the customer thousands of dollars.

This feature provides the customer with automatic redirection (failover) of both their voice and data network traffic, utilizing a secondary provider. The customer has the option of choosing a primary and secondary path for both voice and data. If the primary path of either the voice or data drops for any reason, seamless redirection of the specified traffic will automatically redirect to the secondary path.

nCloud Survive MPLS option *:

Customers can utilize nCloud Survive for MPLS failover in environments where NetCarrier provides multi-site connectivity. This option can be combined with voice and data failover as well, providing the customer with fully meshed failover service.

* – NetCarrier equipment will become customers “Default Gateway” for all LAN (Local Area Network) devices accessing the internet and/or MPLS environments. Please contact a NetCarrier representative for further clarification. All environments require a qualification.
